(Above)This 2001 Savage LS650 was my first cruiser and I loved it.  It was a great bike to learn on and build confidence.  However, it was too small.   My legs were cramped.  I highly recomend these fun bikes to smaller riders.

(Below) I got my '01 Spirit in January of 2004.  At first it seemed a little diferent, almost uncomfortable after my Savage.  By the time I got it home I was completely in love with  my new scoot!  It is more comfortable to sit on because it is longer than the Savage.  It is more stable feeling on the road, it sounds much better, it turns much more easily, and it has a little more power.  Though I must say, the Savage has NO shortage of power.
